How does the sponsorship party work?
WHAT IS IT?
The Artcraft Sponsorship party is our largest fundraiser - held to announce the 2018-19 film and event series at the theater. The funds raised - via silent auction - are used to offset costs such as film licensing, production costs, equipment rental, talent fees and more.
The event is $15.00 to attend.

Registration is $15.00 per person. We encourage you to dress like you are going to the race and come in costume!
Come to The Historic Artcraft Theatre (57 N. Main St., Franklin) on Saturday, February 3rd, at 6 p.m. When you arrive, you will be greeted inside the door, checked in, given your name tag and a breakdown of the night. You’re in! Very easy - since you reserved a spot.
Relax and enjoy complimentary beer from Taxman Brewing, and Monarch Beverages served by our neighbors at Greek's Pizzeria and Tapp Room, wine from Mallow Run, Coke products, popcorn and great food from Jug's Catering. Food and drinks are in the lobby, theater and the green room bungalow (through the left chute, up the three steps, turn left).
At 7:30 p.m., we unveil the 2018-19 series in the auditorium.

After the series unveiling we invite you on stage to start bidding with BidPal using your phone or tablet. Don't have one or need assistance? No problem! We'll have folks to help you with bidding. There is a bid for every budget. Bidding starts as low as $25 (prize sponsorship level) and there are six different levels for each movie. This year we will also have sponsorship opportunities for Franklin Home Tour and more. We make bidding easy with minimum bid increments and starting bids.
The bidding for all other events will stop promptly at 9:30 p.m. We ask that you grab another drink or snack, and have a seat in the auditorium. The bids will be compiled and winners will be announced on stage.
When the party ends, we will have volunteers set up in the lobby for checkout. Payment is expected the night of the event. Cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted.
