WHERE DO I PARK?
There is a small parking lot across the street from the Artcraft Theatre. It is county owned, so please abide by the signs.  Additionally, there is free street parking all around town and on the side streets.  The popularity of the show and coinciding Franklin activities will impact how easy it will be to park. You may drop off or pickup your group in front of the theatre under the marquee and park elsewhere. There is also a public lot a block from the theater that is used for the Franklin Farmer’s Markets on Saturday mornings - located at the southwest corner of Jackson and Jefferson streets.

WHAT ARE “PRESHOW ACTIVITIES”?
At each evening show starting at 7:30 p.m., your ticket includes a live skit related to the movie, a prize drawing giving away several prizes, a long-distance award for the guest visiting the Artcraft Theatre from the furthest distance, and other stage banter. This whole event takes about 20 minutes and includes the traditional national anthem reel and classic cartoon - all leading up to the main feature of the evening.
The matinee shows at 2 p.m. only consist of a short curtain speech, the national anthem reel, and classic cartoon.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges for other movies or ticket vouchers for other weekends.
We DO offer showtime swaps within the same weekend of the same movie. To make the swap, email us here, or call the box office at (317) 736-6823 to make this happen.

CAN I RENT THE ARTCRAFT THEATRE FOR A PRIVATE EVENT?
Yes.  We rent out the theatre for special events, field trips, private movies, birthdays, weddings, receptions, and awards ceremonies.
The adjoining house -  49 East Madison is available for rent as well. This smaller room can be used for meetings, showers, or gatherings before weekend movies. Click here to visit our Rentals / Field Trips page for more information.

I HAVE WILL CALL TICKETS. WHERE DO I GO?
If your tickets are at will call they are waiting for you in the main office one door south (to the right) of the main doors of the Artcraft Theatre. Office hours are 12:30 to 5 p.m, Wednesday - Friday. For some shows, we may hold will call tickets at the Box Office booth.
Will Call is also open one hour prior to the start of the show.

DO YOU OFFER CONCESSIONS? BEER OR WINE?
We do have a concession booth selling locally grown, internationally known popcorn provided by Norton Farms as well as Pepsi products and Triple XXX root beer on tap, water, and candy. Popcorn refills are free!
Have allergies? Our popcorn is popped using coconut oil and Flavacol (salt, artificial flavor, and FD&C yellows #5 and #6 to provide popcorn with a buttery yellow color), the optional butter topping is soy based.

We do not sell beer or wine on a regular basis. We do offer special movie nights that will be clearly noted as having beer and / or wine available. If we do sell beer/wine, bring your I.D. For these events, we card everyone.  Yes, even you mom.  If you don’t have your ID, we won’t be able to help you.  This applies to everyone, even if you drove from Pittsburgh and left your ID at home.

DO YOU HAVE A BOX OFFICE?
Yes.  The Artcraft Theatre Box Office is located at our main entrance at 57 N. Main St., Franklin, In.  The Box Office is open 1 hour prior to the published show time. We accept cash as well as all major credit cards for ticket purchases.

WHEN DO ONLINE SALES END?
Online sales are available right up to show time. Some shows will sell out, but MOST SHOWS WILL HAVE TICKETS AVAILABLE FOR WALK UP SALES.

No we do not. All seats are general admission. One member from your party is welcome to hold seats for your group, but we will not be responsible for saving seats.

DO YOU OFFER ADA SEATING?
