Outstanding support! Franklin Heritage, Inc. and the Artcraft Theatre members have been essential in our successes. From encouraging expanded programming, staffing, and continued restoration of the theatre, to contributing to the preservation and restoration of 15 more buildings around Franklin through the mission of Franklin Heritage., Inc., members of Franklin Heritage, Inc., and The Historic Artcraft Theatre have always been by our side supporting each new endeavor we take on.
More than 15 properties have been preserved via Franklin Heritage, Inc. and a large contributing factor to this is membership dollars.
In 2008, we showed 31 different films, across 104 showings, to over 10,500 people.
In 2018, we showed 57 different films, across 181 showings, to over 42,000 people, almost doubling our films and quadrupling our audience within a ten year span
We are currently producing nine distinct film series, while presenting live events, tours and hosting local schools for field trips. Ticket sales account for over a quarter of our operating budget, and membership sales radically contribute to the annual operating budget.
What's changing? In 2017, our members filled out a survey with requests for improvements and we have been working to implement those changes ever since. Requested benefits included online redemption of tickets, advance ticket sales and more member-exclusive events. Beginning June 3, we will have all of these available.
As part of these upgrades we are also implementing a new operational software system that will allow an easier and more robust membership program to be put in place. This also comes with updated patron experience and ticketing options. You will be able to print your tickets at home, hold them at Will Call, or even download them on your mobile device. You won’t have to call the office or stop by Will Call to use your membership anymore!
With the updated membership program, members will continue to receive complimentary tickets and popcorn, but also see the following improvements:
Redeem membership benefits and tickets online!
Purchase tickets in advance of the general public.
Attend members only screenings (First up - "National Treasure" at 2 p.m., Sunday, July 7).
Expanded member levels Membership levels will expand to include more options depending on your level of involvement. You will see levels including pricing and rewards in the image below.
Current member statuses and questions Current memberships will be honored through their expiration date, with your current membership perks uploaded into the new system, so you will be able to try it out for yourself.
If you have questions or comments about the new membership and changes, please reach out to our office via email at email@example.com or give us a call at (317) 736-6823. As always, thank you for your support of Franklin Heritage and the Historic Artcraft Theatre.
We could not do it without you.
Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and continued support!
