Franklin Heritage, Inc. and The Historic Artcraft Theatre
A note about individual and family memberships
January 1, 2019
It's time for a change - for the better.
Something easier for our more than 400 active personal members to put to use. Something that benefits our members, while supporting the mission of Franklin Heritage, Inc. and The Historic Artcraft Theatre at the same time.
Our current membership program has not been updated significantly since 2012. Since that time, we have more than doubled our film programming and added in additional shows and benefits. In order to keep continue our mission, we need to overhaul how membership functions.
As of January 1, new membership and renewal sign-ups will be put on hold until the new membership program is finalized. Business membership sign-ups will continue to remain open.
Your existing membership benefits will be honored through the date of your membership expiration.
We plan to have the updated membership program in place this Spring.
Thank you for your patience, cooperation, and continued support!

Your Membership Dollars at Work
The Artcraft Cottage
Did you know there is a house connected to The Artcraft? The Artcraft Cottage at 49 E. Madison St., the small house behind The Willard, is connected to our stage and serves as a greenroom for the theater, a small gallery space, as well as being available for private rentals for gatherings before movies, parties, and more. Membership funds helped connect the two buildings and continue the restoration efforts of the small home. |
Lobby Restoration
and updates Membership dollars have been instrumental in the ongoing lobby restoration. Since purchasing the theatre in 2004, Franklin Heritage, Inc.’s restoration efforts have focused on restoring historic murals, installing wood veneer closets, and updating the space with a handicap restroom. The Historic Artcraft Theatre’s lobby continues toward restored thanks to membership funds and generous donors. |
