What is it?
The Artcraft Sponsorship party is our largest fundraiser - this year held virtually. The funds raised are used to further the mission of Franklin Heritage, Inc. FHI is a 501c3 non-profit organization focusing on restoration and preservation of historic structures around Franklin. Our marquee project is the 1922 single screen Historic Artcraft Theatre.
There is no cost to register this year, and anyone can watch the broadcast, but you must register in order to bid. A limited number of VIP packages with dinner, party favors, and more will be available for purchase.
Even more changes?
The second biggest change this year is that we will not be asking you to bid on specific movies.
You will instead be bidding on weekends within specific months.
Example: The third weekend in August. Title TBA.
We should be able to schedule and announce movies about eight weeks prior to the show date.
We ask that you trust us to bring quality films worthy of your sponsorship dollar.
Donations - we need 'em!
In 2020, your donations kept us afloat. Our attendance was down 74 percent in 2020. We have to make that up somewhere and the best way is with your donation.
Donations to our general fund can be used for equipment, maintenance, operating funds, or even the mortgage (it's nearly $3,000 per month).
It's great to see your name on the marquee or have your ad on the program. It's also exciting to contribute to other theater needs as well!

How does the fundraiser work this year?
We'll miss seeing you in person this year. Things may be different, but the mission is still the same: raise money for The Historic Artcraft Theatre - the marquee project of Franklin Heritage, Inc.
Where does the money go?
Franklin Heritage Inc. is the non-profit that owns and operates the Historic Artcraft Theatre. Sponsorships go directly to theater operating costs. Donations go toward restoration efforts for the 98 year old theater.
How can I donate or bid?
Register today by clicking here. There is no cost, and after registered, you will be able to to bid on sponsorships, special projects or donate to the general fund with a credit card . On the day of the event, we’ll send you an email with the direct link to the party broadcast. The live show will end at 8:30 p.m. , but the bidding will continue until 10 p.m. EST. If you miss the party you can click here to donate at any time through the Artcraft website. Donations are tax deductible.

How can I participate from home since it’s virtual this year?
Gather a group from your safe circle to watch together at home. Remember, there's no cost to register.
The party will be broadcast via a link sent to all registered guests interested in bidding. Anyone else that wants to watch, but not bid, will be able to do so Facebook and YouTube. Check the Artcraft Facebook or YouTube pages at 6:30 p.m. EST. We will also post the link on our webpage.

The broadcast ends at 8:30 p.m. but bidding continues until 10 p.m.
We'll keep you updated throughout the night on what needs bids, who's in the lead, what's hot, and who's watching. When the broadcast ends, we'll continue bidding until 10 p.m. (EST) and you'll be asked to checkout. Payment is expected the night of the event. Since it's virtual, the credit card you registered with will be how you pay.
